I am new to ASP and using Visual Studio 2008.

Unlike Visual Studio 2005, 2008 does not seem to have the absolute Layout that can be set for the entire webpage.

Each control needs to given the absolute layout and sometimes the control cannot be dragged to the position I need.

Another problem that I faced was that for some controls, the Position option in the Format menu is not enabled. Why is this so?

Is there any way in which I can set all the controls to have the absolute layout positioning style?
