I`M CREATING A PHP SITE,AND THERE IS A MEMBER PROFILE(myprofile.php).
AFTER MEMBER LOG IN SESSION ARE REGISTERED.
NOW THE PROBLEM COMES,IF MEMBER MOVES TO ANOTHER PAGE AND IF HE WANT TO BE BACK TO HIS PROFILE BY CLICKING THE BACK BUTTON,IT SHOWS THAT U MUST REFRESH A PAGE.
I TRIED THIS

<?PHP
 header( "refresh: 2;  http://localhost/www/web/myprofile.php");
?>

IT WORKS FINE,BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE PAGE IS BEING REFRESHED AFTER EACH 2SEC AND IF USER IS IN THAT SAME PAGE(myprofile.php) BUT IF SCROLED IT UP TO DOWN THEN HE/SHE IS BROUGHT TO THE TOP OF THE PAGE AGAIN AFTER EACH 2SEC SO THIS IS A PROBLEM.
ANYONE WHO CAN EXPLAIN HOW CAN I OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM SO THAT USER WONT NOTICE ANYTHING I WILL APRECIATE.
