Is it possible to have a grid view with column in which the text is displayed in multiple line rather in a single line?i mean i want column to be ofd specific width and if the length of the text exceeds that width den it shuld be displyed in next line but of the same column.

If its possible den pls explain how to do it?.

hi..

write a css and define width in this css. Click on GridView Control, In GridView Tasks go to Edit Columns. Click on the column whose width you want to set. In properties at ItemStyle, assign that css against CssClass field.
