Deal all, I have developed a database for a school and when some one select the student ID it shows all the information related to that particular data, any one can tell how I can purt a print and export excel button on the result page which prints the report if print click and if export excel press then it save a excel file of that report.

Excel and OpenOffice will import simple html tables and I think some very basic CSS or you can delimit the data with a tab or semicolon and carriage returns. You then output it to the browser with the header function and you can find examples of that by searching "header" at php.net and run a find on page for "excel".
