Ok. I know how to create web pages and paste them in the ftp folder.

I want to locate a free FTP server on the local network or the internet.Using WS_FTP,cuteFTP, or other free GUI based FTP client program.Using this client i want to create a folder "x" on the server.
how do i do that..thanks

i was earlier given a paid ftp link when i had a blog of my own but never tried to know the science.All readymade.
