Hello friends. I have built one website in Joomla and while testing on all browsers i found that its having problem in IE 6 and IE7 . Some of the pages are not at all getting displayed. I have tried by modifying index.php and also ie.js script but nthng worked out. Please help me its urgent. thank you

That is one of the problems that you will have to experience when you use one of those freely available templates.
If you want to avoid this problems, buy a professional template or write a css file for IE6 or 7 incase the designer of the template didn't do it.
