Jump to PostJSPs can be deployed on any platform for which a servlet container(Eg Apache Tomcat) has been made or any platform for which you can find an implementation of J2EE Application Server (Eg JBoss, Glassfish).
So it will work on All flavours of Linux, Windows, Solaris etc
