When i say best its not necessarily the price its how much can it be trusted.(reliable)
I don't trust web host reviewing websites. Till i came across this one
I looked into that one because they seemed to be user reviews.

So while hosts like Justhost are ranked number one all most review sites. Actual user review totally disagree. Very low ratings.
You can type Justhost in the (webhostingreviews.com) and see for your self.
Its confusing and I'm not getting any honest answers....
Until now (I'm considering HOSTAGATOR) as it has the highest USER reviews and has been around for years BUT its not the cheapest but at least its reliable.
What do you think? Have any experience/ advice to share?
PS: I want to host an affiliate/information website. No more than 100$ per year
