I want to display local time on the page based on user's selected country.
Is there any FREE API available for getting local time of any country.
Input may be whatever, country or longitude and latitude.

I don't know about free api providing this functionality.In my understanding use setlocale function to set locale information.

Thank for response but in this function i need lacate. which i havn't.
i also found one solution and want to share here.
http://ws.geonames.org/timezone?lat=22.9985&lng=72.5959
this is a link which will return xml from lattitute and longitude.
