new window

hello!
i need your help or advice in this:
i have several aspx page so if from a page i use respone.redirect i achieve a new page but in the same window ,and in javascript window.location do the same,so everything is all right ,and i have a fast page.
but if i use window.open in javascript (if we have the same effect in asp.net methode please tell me) so we open the aspx page in a new window but the problem will be in pictures because i have a slide show pictures in this new page,so in the bottom of the browser i see "downloading pic1.." and never finished,so i lose the slide show.
so i want this new page which contain the slide show to open in a new window not in the same window.
so what should i do?
