I am trying to make a Result Management Sytem for our department on PHP.
This system will add results online as well show up results.
I have downloded a PHP inventory system named PHP Inventory 1.2
I want to change it into a Result System like I want to add some fields.

Once you write / modify some code, if you are having a problem making it work, then first you use your debugging skills and if that isn't enough, then someone here can probably help. We have better things to do than to write code for you. A lot of people here are willing to help but only after you make some effort.
Just to give you a starting point. Chances are you will need to add some columns in your database to accommodate the new fields you want to add to the script.
