I have tried the following but I am unable to do so:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href=""/>

<script type="text/javascript" src=""></script>

When I try to access these files the following line throws error:

document.write('<script type="text/javascript" src="/_layouts/"></' + 'script>');

in the sharepoint page.

Urgent help needed.
