Javascript clashing up with the other javascript

Hey guys, I'm very new to web dev, I'm learning my way around it , I created an Jquery menu bar seeing some tutorial I inserted an photoslider to the page, the javascript of the photoslider is clashing up with the javascript of the Jquery menu bar and the effect in the Jquery bar isn't showing up.Please help me up,i'm still learning, i'm not getting what to do I have attached the files in the zip folder, please take a look at it and help me out
I want the transition effect of the menu bar in the index page to be same as that of in the gallery page,please guide me what to do
