I need a simple date and time picker.
I want to be able to exclude certain days of the week eg Mondays and Tuesdays

I also want to be able to set the pickable time slots depending on what day of the week the user has selected.

I know this is a big ask, but does anyone know of a free or cheap script that will do this?
