I have a website and it requires online payment but the problem is that the client wants no PayPal or any other intermediate service, just direct payment from one visa card to another. I would like to know if there is a way to do that , and whether it is safe or not, and if there is a book or a tutorial that will guide me step by step to program that in my website (in ASP.Net) cause I have no clue how this can be done.

Actually his country is not listed on the PayPal list, so I don't know whether that is possible or not so that's why I prefered to ask here :)
