hi, i'm looking out for a parser script that stores information like name, dob, address, contact no. from the resume.
the resume can be of .doc,.txt format

can u provide me with resume parsing php script or any idea on what string or array functions to be used?

If you want to build your own, check the file_xxx and preg_xxx functions.
