Idea simply as follows:
Get you need service for free and who provide service will get money from advertising incoming of the site and other ways..
A site contains members, are entitled to all of members to request a service or services from other members. Others, in turn, have the right to provide these services but free of charge and without any cost!!!
Now:
1) Income-of-Website: get income from ads. and other ways.
2) Members Who provide service: get income as money by their work hours as this:
hour_income_price = Income_of_Website_per_month / all_members_working_hours_count
income_of_member_this_month = hour_income_price * hours_working_this_member
