My acer keeps showing loading restore point no windows 7 starting after it fell blue windows screen start back again help pls

The reason could be your windows 7 files have crash so it can't find any restore point. so you have format your computer in order to use it again if you have any important file you can just upgrade the windows so that it will keep files and solve your error
