Send HTML Mail with Values via PHP

Hey guys,

is it possible to send a HTML Mail with values via PHP?
I have programmed a HTML Website with css and jscript. It is a Contact Form.
When I fill in the values for the Contact Form (Surname, Name, Street etc.) and press the send button, I want that the filled Contact Form should be send as an HTML Mail.

see example #4 in the PHP documentation for the mail() function:

however, there are some libraries that can help when you want to add other features, like sending through an SMTP server. Check PHPMailer:
