I was just wondering how one goes about building a website for a message board. I wanted to start one and realized I had forgotten how.:( It's been 7 years since my tech class in middle school so I have completely forgotten what i'm doing. Thanks in advance for the help.

Thank you, I found some stuff but I can't afford that kind of expense, I mean if you guys know of anything less than 1027.00 let me know, but otherwise I don't think I'm going to mess with this right now.:):-D:)
