I was wondering if anybody know's an RSS Generator for vBulletin 3.5.3 for download? I had this script for VB 3.0.9, but it does not work with the latest version, so any help would be highly appreciated.

There is a built in function, but its poorly done. You ought to install FPS_external to have increased functionality.
