Operating System- Windows ME
Error Message- KRNL386.EXE
Situation: I attempted to open a cd-rom containing Windows XP Upgrade and recieved this error message. Every time I try to read the files on the cd-rom, I get this same message (just with this cd-rom, not others.). How do I fix this problem, so I can just read the cd-rom as always without getting this error?
