just returned from a Mountain Rescue callout to search for two divers reported missing in Ullswater, in the English Lake District; they turned up safe and well, no further details to hand.
This is by way of an introduction. I am Statistics Officer for the national organisation Mountain Rescue (England & Wales) as well as team leader for Penrith MRT. I current use and maintain a dBASE application written in Delphi 6 to record and analysis mountain rescue incidents. My current project is to convert to MS SQL, using SQL Express and Delphi 2005. I am not a professional developer but I am an MIS Consultant for school administration software, trainer and analyst.
