Short answer: you generally cannot create a brand‑new @msn.com address today. Microsoft keeps legacy @msn.com mailboxes for existing accounts but the current signup/alias system does not issue new @msn.com addresses — that’s why the sign‑up UI offers @hotmail/@live/@outlook options instead. This is why the old Passport/registration pages people tried in 2008–2009 no longer produce the result you wanted. (support.microsoft.com)

Practical alternatives:

  • If you want a Microsoft-hosted address, create an @outlook.com account or add an alias to an existing Microsoft account (sign in to your Microsoft account and use the alias/“manage how you sign in” controls).
  • If you want a specific short name (abc@something) the reliable route is to buy a domain and host email there. Workflow: buy the domain, verify ownership (TXT/CNAME), update MX records to the mail host, then create mailboxes or aliases. Major providers (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) document the exact steps for adding a custom domain and turning it into mailboxes. (support.microsoft.com)

About country addresses like @yahoo.co.uk: that is simply Yahoo’s UK namespace (the .co.uk second‑level domain under the .uk ccTLD). Country‑specific provider addresses are controlled by the provider/registry (Nominet for .uk) and may or may not be available for new signups — it’s not something you can force at the client side. If a UK‑style address is essential, use the provider’s regional signup or again register your own domain. (registrars.nominet.uk)

Notes: if you hit error messages while trying old registration pages, try an incognito window, a different browser, or contact the provider’s support; for guaranteed control of a short/brandable address, registering your own domain and hosting email is the clearest path.

Your problem description is dificult to understand. You trying to create new email accounts with hotmail and yahoo or what is the "ID" supposed to be?

yahoo.co.uk is yahoo in United Kingdom, but that doesn't stop you creating account in UK or other branch of any of these portals as long you get your desired name

Depending on your location there may be different addresses (.fr / .ie for example), but it looks as if you're trying to make a new e-mail address.

You have several options, obviously yahoo or gmail as well as hotmail.

yahoo.co.uk is just the UK version of yahoo.com. I would suggest using the one for the country you're currently in.
