Hello can anybody pls tell me why i couldn't use NetBIOS out my PC connecting to internet through a router, though every configs are OK. why ???

because the internet uses TCP/IP
NETBIOS is non routable, its only suitable for small LANs
There is NBT, NETBIOS over TCP/IP but it is kind of iffy
