Hi,

This is Subash from chennai... myself and my friend doing outsource projects for last 4 months... we would establish our business as partnership firm. Kindly explain me, how to register a Partnership Firm [IT & ITES] in chennai....?

Please provide these following detail in your replies:

1. where i want to go and register our partnership firm...?
2. what kind of documents needs to be submitted ....?


I would done this by myself.. without helps from Auditors...

Hope your answers will give more ideas ....

Find a specialist company that deals with company formations.

a) it will be a lot quicker. Here in the UK, you can buy a new company off the shelf in less than 24 hours, for the cost of a mornings work on your part.
b) it will be cheaper (you can carry on earning at what you're good at, rather than spending weeks getting to grips with legalities)
c) it will probably be done right first time. You don't want to find your new company in some legal mire a few years later.
