Greetings from Renold in the UK.
I am a 50 year old with a basic knowledge of computing
(but not down to nuts and bolts),
always willing to learn more.

I got drawn to your community because I have developed
a problem that proved difficult to resolve on my PC.

I am sure someone would probably have had the same problem in the past.

Should I state the problem here?
Or is there a specific place for this?

(Don't want to break any rules .....)

You should try a specific place to solve your problem. I think it's faster that way.
