I mean that once upon a time ASUS made good laptops and had good service. That ship has sailed. The last three laptops we got were ASUS and they have all had problems. Some major (internal corrosion and unable to get second internal drive working) and some minor but continually annoying and unfixable. The laptop with the corrosion was sent in for repair because of the drive issue. It came back with a note saying it had been fixed and they hadn't even bothered to test it because it came back still broken (I returned it to BestBuy for a refund).
