Would you upload your brain for immortality?

In the vein of a bunch of TV shows I've been watching recently (Humans, Pantheon, etc.), would you upload your brain to the cloud if it meant immortality but no physical body?

Yes, it was one of my favorite shows. I didn’t care for the ending though.

What would you do with eternity? I love to learn, but even with unlimited time, I could learn everything I was interested in over a period of perhaps 200-300 years. I could learn everything else in an additional 600-800. Now what? Well, then you spend about 500 years going insane from boredom. When that's done, you spend about 500 years going sane again, also from boredom. Rinse and repeat. People don't seek eternal life because they want to live. They seek it because they fear death. Why? You are guaranteed exactly one thing once you draw your first breath - that you'll draw your last breath. Fear is pointless. "Everything that has a beginning has an end." (The Oracle, from "The Matrix Revolutions") Just my $0.02. I don't believe in a heaven or a hell, but I do believe in life, and life ends. I also believe that if there is a heaven, I'll find myself there, with my family, and there won't be a single clergyman of any kind anywhere in the whole place.
