Eeprom Chip

Hi,

I am working on a project of my own that involves the use a PIC microchip. I am having a difficult time trying to program the thing. The program is to be written in ASM language then burned to the chip. The problem in this is that I know very little ASM and I have been messing around with it for some time but I still can't get it to work. So, I decided that I am going to try to find some place that will make ONE chip for cheap. I have searched for a places but have turned up with none or with places that only deal with large amounts of chips. Does anyone know of a place that I could possibly get one chip made for a cheap price?

It would really help.
Also download MPLAB from microchip's web site.
And do make uJDM(microJDM) programmer for using 16f84a popular PIC.
It can be easily found using google.
