Iam a high school conputer science student, Im supposed to write a problem statement/situation analysis of a internet cafe network system.
Because i dont know much about internet cafe system
I want help in writing the following
the context in which the problem occurs- this should include a detailed description of all relevant external entities and processes
description of the current system and procedures- complete and accurate description of the current system and procedures including current functions, maximum volumes, response times, storage capacities, security of data, reliability and accuracy, client satisfaction , and operational costs.
Description of the purpose of study- complete description of the aims including the following: specification of functions, volumes to be stored, security requirements, tolerance levels and operational costs.
Note a networked system should be part of the solution
