Mint Tea. Keeps my breath "mint-tea" fresh.

I don't eat sushi everyday, I'll be broke! It's like 1 or 2 time during the year.
Protein Shake. Mmmmmm yuck.
Kentucky Fried chicken with green beans and coleslaw. A Diet Coke to drink.
An apple and yoghurt - not together, that'd be weird.
A nice big cup of Trader Joe's Crimson Blossom Herbal Green Tea.
Another protein shake but this time with a 1/2 cup of oats mixed in. Double yuck.

I'm eating oadmeal for lunch, not only does it taste good but its good for the body.
I'm eating gum and drinking water. I have 4 cold beers waiting for my return home and I'll be eating bbq'd steak tonight with bbq'd potato wedges, salad, and some sort of vegetable mix. I can't wait for steak and beer, only 2 hours to go! :)

I just finished a cup of carrots and Grissol Melba toast.
Surf and turf (sort of). I just took a salmon and some marinated beef strips out of my smoker and we are going to have that with a vegetable stir fry and rice.
