Well I recommend to start with Flash and some graphic manipulation program like Photoshop. Otherwise try to google things.

Good for your interest turn to Multimedia first you will learn from Photoshop, It teaches basics in multimedia like edit photographs, desinging layouts

for 2D Animation best Flash, Swish softwares in Flash we will create 2D animations, Cartoon designings, Intros, Presentations

Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator and fireworks for web designing mostly used these softwares

For 3D learn 3D's Max, Maya i don't know particular softwares
