Why not using google analytics its also a free analytics tool which show you all details about your visitor or traffic to your site.

Because it is sometimes nice to be able to display something stylish to your visitors, it can greatly improve the look of a site if used correctly. Although the maps don't give any information aside from the location of visitors. Google Analytics is great if you actually want detailed information on the site.
