I've been working on neon brothers an Australian-based custom neon signs site.
Challenge: Bounce rate is high and users often leave before interacting.
Could you please check:
– Does the layout feel cluttered or confusing?
– How’s the mobile experience?
– Are the CTAs visible and engaging?

I would recommend Microsoft Clarity (it's free) to track your users' behavior and what they're doing and where they're falling off. It's also a great way of monitoring your CTAs and seeing which ones are and aren't working.
Seeing how real world users use and interact with your website is more eye-opening than any feedback we could give you here, as we aren't your target customers.
