hi....

i have a Cannon Printer, Model - ImageClass MPC 190s
although it installs successfully to my PC(WINDOWS XP), it does not print any thing.An error massage is displayed "START THE MP-SERVICE." and when i start the mpservice from the services it is automatically stopped. The PC cannot detect the printer.
where is the problem actually?how to overcome this situation?please help...
