My desktop computer CPU button just blink and turn off and it never turn on unless I remove the CPU main cord from back side and it always repeated

Check with SMPS power supply . replace it may solve or just check with voltage supply

May be your plugin (smps) wires are in loose connection...Are else check power supply once..
