Good day! My computer is no longer turning on. I hear the motor and fan but the display screen is blank except for "video input No Signal". I haven't downloaded or installed any new hardware so I don't know if my computer has crashed?? Please help!!

It could be so many things.
First try booting in safe mode, by pressing the F8 key every second as soon as you push the start button.
If still no signal to the monitor, you have a bad hardware component that can be power supply, motherboard, hard drive, cpu, cpu fan, memory, video card, CD-R. or badly damaged modem or NIC.
You might benefit from going back to basics: Power supply, floppy disc with any bootable media such as Windows 98, one memory module, video connection. Disconnect CDR, Hard drive, modem, NIC, audio.
If it boots to give you an image on the screen, you know somethings. Now try others.
