Hello good people, Please help.

I downloaded a cracked program called Tuneup Utilities 2008 ( i know i know) regardless, now I have since uninstalled it but not before getting a bug. I use Firefox but i get IE pop ups. I have the problem under control but I'd like to fix it. I just check the "work off line" box when one comes up and that seems to stop them but when i go to use my windows live mail account I have to go online again and the problem starts all over.
