Too many IEs opening

My mother's laptop is opening too many IEs, approximately 61. I've done everything except trying to get someone read this HJT log.
Can someone please help me to get rid of this garbage?

Where did you get the Deckard's Scanner?
Deckard's System Scanner interacts with a specific rootkit (tdssserv) in a way that may make your system unusable (altering the svchost netsvcs registry entry). Our links still say this;

This download link has been removed until a fix is released by Deckard. For your own protection, please do not attempt to download this tool from other sites.

I'm not sure. One of these sites I visited last month. Maybe PCTools pr PC Pitstop. So what do I need to do? I know for one is to remove the Deckard's, but will all of it remove itself? Or is there a removal tool I need for it?

You probably downloaded it before the problems with it were disccovered, that was mid-August. Anyway, not to worry.All you have to do is delete it and it will be gone.

After that follow the steps HERE, with the exception of the Deckard's of course, in it's place use HiJackThis.
Be sure when you run the Malwarebytes' program linked in the post that you have it clean what is found. Reboot the computer and then run the HiJackThis program. Save the log.
Post back here with all the requested logs.

I can not run IE on this computer. It freezes everytime, and starts to open new windows. I have previously run most of those programs already, but I will do it again for S&G. This HJT is pretty much after that.

The only program noted on the sticky that requires Internet Explorer is the ESET scanner. Just don't do that one. The others want your browser closed anyway. I need to see the logs of the programs that you have run, if you have all ready run all of them. Especially the MBA-M log.
