My internet's been hijacked (85.255.115.82)

I don't know how long this has been going on, but apparently my internet has been hijacked. I only found out when I moved to another company with a strict firewall. Whenever I try to get onto the internet with my laptop, the DNS server they provide is overridden and my computer is directed to this IP address:

85.255.115.82

I can only think that this happened in the last few days, when I was staying in a hotel and "borrowing" a neighbour's wireless access.

I've run Norton antivirus and can't find the problem... Can anyone help?

Did you search the forum on the IP address? Usuually the best thing to do first. Anyway, search the forum on the string 82.255 and pick your thread to read.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Make sure that you restart the computer.

Download HijackThis Executable from here. Save it to your desktop.
Start HJT & press the "Do a system scan and save a log file" button. When the scan is finished a window will pop up giving you the option of where to save it. Save it to desktop where it is easy to access. Open the log file and then go to the format Tab and make sure that wordwrap is unchecked. Copy the entire contents of the file & paste it into the body of your post. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING YET. Most of what is there is necessary for the running of your system.

Yes. You need to update MBA-M and do another full scan as per my previous instructions, then reboot and post the log.

Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on the Software icon > add/remove programs.
Search in the list for all previous installed versions of Java. (J2SE Runtime Environment.... )
Select it and click Remove.
Then Download and install the newest version from here:
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
