Hi can you plz help.
I’ve had a look at a few different websites & it looks like yours is the 1 that’s offers then advice and gets the job done.

In the last few days I’ve notice that my PC at times slow downs & my broadband takes a while to load pages, I’m on virgin media.

I've noticed that there are 2 things that keep happens, 1 is whenever I shutdown my PC I always get the rundll32.exe error & have click end now. Plus at time I get 2 black web pages just pop up, but when I refresh things the web address are the same http://url.urtbk.com.

I did a full scan with McAfree it found 7 items & quarantined them all, but I’m still getting the same errors.

Can you please help?

Ok this is an easy fix. I had exactly the same problem.

1. Go to computer, your main drive, program files, common files, Ahead, DSfilter.

2. Rename "NeroVideoProc.ax" to say "1NeroVideoProc.ax"

3. Rename "NeVideo.ax" to say "1NeVideo.ax"

4. Reboot

5. Problem fixed.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

Thanks for your help guys, 1st of all message for RJCO, the files in question where not in Ahead, DSfilter but in NERO, but i changed them anyway, dont whether i should or shouldn't have done that. But now i get a error when i load the PC it is MARKFUN_LOAD_NT_DRIVER

I have noticed that the problems with these blank webpages popping up and not loading plus making all the other webpages go very slow as an snail seems to be linked to Internet Explorer version 8.0.6001.8702. I had to firefox to get these answers to you, as i couldn't get the webpages to load up on IE8

Your pc is definately badly infected. It says "no action taken" next to everything, you need to run Mbam again and get it to remove everything then post a fresh Mbam log.

Hey there, I have a similar problem to one that was based on the title of this post. Random "url.urtbk.com" popups once in a while and intermittent freezing of the computer. Seems to bee the same symptoms this person described. I have enclosed the HijackThis file. One of the items it picked up was exactly the same as what you told someone else to delete.
