Hi

I'm new to this and very un-techie I'm afraid so am way out of my depth trying to deal with this problem. I've run Spybot and Adaware which have each detected both the TIBs dialler and Hotoffers but whenever I reboot they reappear. Also when I do reboot it takes forever for the icons to appear on my desktop - everything seems to be on a go-slow.

Please can someone help? I've read some of the threads on Hotoffers but like I said I'm rubbish at this kind of thing and need instructions in very simple un-techie terms!

After you download it, double-click the icon on your desktop to open it, and hit the 'Scan and Save Log' button. After it scans your computer, a log will pop up; copy the entire contents of this log and paste it here.
