Good work—’s step‑by‑step cleanup cleared the active infection and confirmed the machine is behaving better. A few extra verification and hardening steps will reduce the chance of lingering artifacts or a quick re‑infection.

Run a full, up‑to‑date antivirus scan plus at least one modern on‑demand anti‑malware/rootkit check. Use a reputable autorun/startup viewer to inspect every startup entry and service (export a snapshot first so you can undo changes). Verify Windows system integrity with sfc /scannow and run chkdsk /f if the disk shows errors. If any suspicious drivers or hidden services remain, boot from trusted rescue media and scan offline.

Before making registry or file deletions, back up the registry and important data. Temporarily disable resident protection tools that block legitimate repairs, then re‑enable them after checks. If browser functionality or networking is still odd, reset the Winsock/catalog (for example with netsh winsock reset) and recreate browser profiles rather than chasing individual DLLs inside the profile. Avoid running two real‑time antivirus engines at once—keep one full‑time AV and supplement with on‑demand scanners.

Finally, change all online passwords only after the system is demonstrably clean, delete old System Restore points and create a fresh restore point, and fully update Windows and installed software. If unexplained behavior or hidden persistence continues, export personal data and perform a clean OS reinstall—it’s the fastest way to guarantee removal for machines used for banking or sensitive work.

Credit to for the removal steps and to for posting follow‑up results.

Please go for the instructions on how to remove the Bube.d (aka Win32.Beavis) Removal [isrvs] infection.
Once done, repost a new log here and we will finish off the clean up.

Hey Crunchie,
Thanks so much! The viruses are gone and my computer is running a lot better. Here is my log.

Just a few more things to do.

===============

We'll need to unload Spybot's Teatimer before we begin. To do this, right-click on the icon in the quick launch toolbar at the bottom of the screen, then select "Exit".

===============

Go to Add/Remove programs and remove(uninstall) the following, if present:

Desktop Search

The above could appear anywhere within the entry. Be careful not to remove any personal or system software.

===============

Now, let's open a command prompt and unregister the dll(s) we're going to remove, by entering the following:

regsvr32 /u mfiltis.dll

It's ok, if these aren't found or 'error' out. If you want, just copy and paste the individual lines to the command prompt to save on the typing.

===============

Run HiJackThis and click "Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O2 - BHO: ohb - {285B5CCD-C3F0-4EB6-9632-7D0A3C3AF824} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\hsrb.dll (file missing)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ffis] C:\WINDOWS\isrvs\ffisearch.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [zztrgv] c:\windows\system32\zztrgv.exe

O18 - Filter: text/html - {950238FB-C706-4791-8674-4D429F85897E} - C:\WINDOWS\isrvs\mfiltis.dll

Now, with all windows closed except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

===============

Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Make sure your able to "view system and hidden files/ folders:"

folders...

C:\WINDOWS\isrvs

files...

c:\windows\system32\zztrgv.exe

Search for...

sdpemgmt.exe

...using "Start | Search...".

-

Note that some of these file(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're 'in use', try deleting them in "".

-

Reboot.

===============

After rebooting your PC post back a new log, and let me know how everything goes.
