I've tried GoBack, All of the anti-virus programs on the internet, Adaware, spybot, and everything else i can think of to fix my computer. It randomly restarts when I'm on the internet(I'm pretty sure tnluj.exe is responsible for that), my start button bar on the bottom of the screen soesn't show up anymore and the start button on the keyboard won't work, I can't print, I'm lucky I was even able to copy and paste my log, and the sound doesn't work. The list goes on. I just want to know if there is anything I can do about it before I try to reformat the drive or just buy another computer alltogether. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure tnluj.exe is responsible for that

It's more than that... :(

You said that you've already run SpyBot and Ad Aware, so please do these additional things:

You'll want to print these instructions out or save them into a text file with Notepad; you'll be disconnected from the Internet for much of this.

1. Download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet, though; just close the program once it finishes updating.

2. Download Microsoft AntiSpyware beta. As above, install and update the program, but don't run it yet.

3. Reboot into safe mode (you get to the safe mode boot option by hitting the F8 key as your computer is starting up)

- Open Windows Explorer, and in the Folder Options->View settings under the Tools menu, select "show hidden files and folders", and uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and "Hide extentions for known file types".

- For every user account listed under C:\Documents and Settings, delete the entire contents of the following folders (but not the folders themselves):

(Important: One of the normal steps in eliminating malicious programs is to entirely delete the contents of all Temp folders. Given that, if any data that you care about is living in those Temp folders, you need to move it to a safe location now, or it will be erased along with everything else!)

1. Cookies
2. Local Settings\Temp
3. Local Settings\History
4. Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

- Delete the entire content of your C:\Windows\Temp folder.

- Delete the entire content of your C:\Windows\Prefetch folder.

Note- If you get any messages concerning the deletion of system files such as desktop.ini or index.dat, just choose to delete those files; they'll be automatically regenerated by Windows if needed. Windows will allow you to delete the versions of those files which exist in sub-folders within the main Temp/Temorary folders, but might not let you delete the versions of those files that exist in the main Temp folders themselves; this is normal and OK.

- Empty your Recycle Bin.

4. While still in Safe Mode:

- Run Ewido, and do a full scan. Save the logfile from the scan.

- Run a full scan with MS AntiSpyware. Have it take its "recommended actions" on all items it finds

- Close all programs and Explorer windows, run HijackThis, and have it fix the entries below (some of these may have been already been fixed):

5. Empty your Recycle Bin again and reboot normally.

6. Run HJT again and post a new log. Post the ewido log as well.
