Please Please Help!!!!

I have a pc which I think has some kind of trojan horse as it keeps losing the internet connection settings and auto dialling up whenever the connection is lost. I have spysweeper, adaware and a few other programs but i cant get rid of it.

I would very much appreciate it if someone can help me.
