Hi and welcome to Daniweb forums :).

You are running hijackthis from a temporary folder. You need to create a new folder in a permanent directory of your choice, (a folder on the desktop is fine) name the new folder hijackthis and move or unzip hijackthis.exe into that folder.
Once you have done that, rescan with hijackthis and post the new log.

Download LSPfix from here
On the opening screen, click the "I know what I'm doing" checkbox. Check all instances of "fltmgr.dll" (and nothing else), and move them to the "Remove" pane. Then click Finish.

Download Killbox v2.0.0.175 and unzip the file to your Desktop and have it ready to use.

Save all the below files to a text document (notepad) to be used shortly.

Scan with hijackthis and tick the boxes next to all the following entries, then close all browser and explorer windows and hit the "Fix checked" button.

Open the text file you saved previously and right click and drag your cursor over the files to highlight them and then use Control+C to copy them to the clipboard..
Open KILLBOX and go to File...."Paste From Clipboard". All the files should now appear in the box (click on the Tab and check to make sure that only the files I have identified as malware and marked for deletion are there) . Then checkmark the "Delete on Reboot" box..and click the red X. You will get a message saying "File will be deleted on next reboot" , Process and Reboot now?" Click "Yes" to reboot.

Find and delete the C:\spywarevanisher-free folder.

Post another hijackthis log.
