i heard that there is a anti spy software which wil remove all the software w hich helps in spying my pc. Any good product suggestion. I want to know whether there is any free trial or free software available on the net.

you could try Lavasoft AdAware and/or SpyBot.
DMR 152 Wombat At Large Team Colleague
you could try Lavasoft AdAware and/or SpyBot.
Those two programs used to be very effective, but they're less helpful in detecting and removing many of today's newer and "smarter" infections.
