I have run Ad aware and Spybot, unregistered the recommended .dll's and still when i click on Internet Explorer icon or a link in an email it appears as though browser will open then nothing. If I turn off third pary browser extensions then I can get IE to open. Hope someone can find what is on here cuz I sure can't.

I don't see anything bad there but try uninstalling this O3 - Toolbar: Vivisimo - {5538fb62-f725-4433-a965-91314e8d8e4d} - C:\Program Files\Vivisimo\Toolbar\tbu14\toolbar.dll & see if it works correctly. You may also have to do a repair of IE.

Tried that, also tried deleting reg key showing IE installed to do a complete reinstall of IE, and nothing helped. ended up doing a backup and re install of O.S.
