I have been having alot of trouble with my computer lately. It runs so slow. I have run adaware and spybot and it had some problems but it stills has not fixed the problem. I dont have alot of info on it so should I reformat it?

how much RAM does ur system have?

It has a 256 RAM and a Pentium 4 2.9 GHz processor. Kinda weak i know but it used to hum along nicely.

I see that you have MyWay Search Assistant [there, courtesy DELL]. We can get rid of it first off..
First see if it is listed in Add/remove pgms list - remove it if able, then..
Go start > run, paste: MsiExec.exe /X {78d944d7-a97b-4004-ab0a-b5ad06839940} -and Enter. If it is found click yes at the prompt.
Next delete the MyWay files/folder in Program Files [use myway as a search string...].
You could also use myway as a search string in regedit and delete all references... BUT BE CAREFUL in there!! - you can skip this step though, removing the files makes the reg entries redundant.

Next, start hijackthis, select Scan Only, place checkmarks against all the entries listed below that still exist, and then press Fix Checked.

Hi My name Dave

I have read your problem with your computer, i beleave you have a Dell, with 256Mb Ram, as surgeusted by the resent advise, there is no need to remove any programs, your machine is fine BUT the Ram is not enough, as your machine is being up dated most days you will have to up your Ram to at least 512Mb, if you have shared Video you will need at least 750Mb ram +. Try this first.

As you Know microsoft up dates your system with different up dates which take more resources, Take a look at System Info and you will find you are short of Ram Mem
